AI Operator Systems is a brand of Function 10 Media LLC that designs, builds, and deploys AI operator systems for service businesses, agencies, and expert-led companies. Services include but are not limited to:

• AI operator system design and implementation
• AI agent deployment and configuration
• Lead handling and content automation systems
• The Operator Readiness Diagnostic tool
• AI Operator Audit consultations

2. Use of the site

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its backend systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract content without permission
• Submit false or misleading information through the diagnostic or field tools
• Interfere with the site's operation or the experience of other users

3. Operator Readiness Diagnostic

The Operator Readiness Diagnostic is provided for informational purposes only. Results represent a calculated score based on your self-reported responses and do not constitute professional business, legal, or financial advice. Scores are estimates and may not reflect all aspects of your business operations.

4. Consulting engagements

Paid consulting engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work or consulting agreement entered into between you and Function 10 Media LLC. These Terms of Service do not override any executed consulting agreement. In the absence of a separate agreement, the following applies:

• All work product created by Function 10 Media LLC for a client remains the property of the client upon full payment
• Proprietary frameworks, agent architectures, and internal systems developed by Function 10 Media LLC remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing
• Timelines and deliverables are estimated unless stated as guaranteed in a signed agreement

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, design, graphics, and the Nia voice agent persona, is the property of Function 10 Media LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission. The AI Operator Systems name, logo, and brand identity are proprietary marks of Function 10 Media LLC.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

This site and its tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Results from the Operator Readiness Diagnostic are not guaranteed to reflect actual business outcomes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Function 10 Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to the site or services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bexar County, Texas.
